Job Description
We are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented accountant who excels at multitasking. A person who acts as a point of contact between internal and external departments and accounting, serving as a liaison between accounting and external parties, including clients, and suppliers.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with different parts of the accounting departments.
- Assist to arrange accounts payable, accounts receivable, and external parties.
- Assist in preparing financial reports.
- Issue sales documents, invoices, and requested documents.
- Ensure that requested bills are paid and debts are collected.
- Prepare statements of accounts for all suppliers and customers.
