We are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented accountant who excels at multitasking. A person who acts as a point of contact between internal and external departments and accounting, serving as a liaison between accounting and external parties, including clients, and suppliers.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with different parts of the accounting departments.
Assist to arrange accounts payable, accounts receivable, and external parties.
Assist in preparing financial reports.
Issue sales documents, invoices, and requested documents.
Ensure that requested bills are paid and debts are collected.
Prepare statements of accounts for all suppliers and customers.
Requirements
Fluent in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
High level of accountability, accuracy, and efficiency, especially when multitasking.
Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, time management, problem-solving, and math skills.
Collaborative in order to be able to work with other members of the accounting department to help prepare reports and financial data.
