Qualifications and Skills

Basic to intermediate knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Practical experience in accounting and financial administration
Ability to collect, review and organise financial data and supporting documentation
Ability to prepare management reports and liaise effectively with external accountants
Proficiency in Sepidar, Holoo, Hamkaran System and Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel and Word)
Good command of English, both written and spoken

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Collect, organise and maintain financial and administrative records and supporting documentation
Coordinate with external accountants in relation to accounting, tax and regulatory matters
Review invoices, receipts, contracts and other supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness
Prepare periodic management reports and provide financial and administrative information to management
Ensure timely collection and submission of information and documentation required for accounting, tax and regulatory purposes
Maintain organised filing systems and ensure proper record retention
Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of office staff
