
Job Description
● Handle accounts receivable. ● Follow up on outstanding payments with customers and make sure required documents for clearing payments are gathered and sent to head office on time. ● Support branch manager and external accountants in preparing monthly financial reports with petty cash/employee advance management. ● Assist with incoming invoices sent by vendors and suppliers and also handle general correspondence. ● Ensure leave and mission forms are recorded and archived in compliance with internal and local rules. ● Keep track of various insurance policies and ensure those policies are issued and extended in a timely manner. ● Coordinate and plan in collaboration with BM/CM internal meetings and events. ● Coordinate marketing materials and resources for trade shows and other events. ● Responsible for travel arrangements for visitors and foreign trips of admin and sales team (flight tickets, hotel, VISA, transport, etc.). ● Responsible for managing service/material providers such as IT, courier, stationery, and office equipment. ● Handle day-to-day inquiries from the branch manager. ● Ensure the office is generally functioning well. ● Travel requirements: Up to fifteen days per year may be required for this position. Requirements
● At least three years of experience in similar roles. ● Ability to read, write and speak English with minimum upper intermediate level. ● A self-starter that can prioritize their workday and function with minimal direct supervision. ● Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions from managers, customers, and other employees in a professional manner. ● Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and judgments with management approval. ● Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. ● Teamwork spirit. ● Structured, highly energetic with a "can do" attitude. ● Marital status: preferably married. ● Bachelor's degree in Management or Accounting is an advantage
