Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct consumer and trade interviews, Focus Group Discussions (FGD), and in store audits.
• Ensure adherence to sampling plans and data collection protocols; use Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing (CAPI) / online panel tools where applicable.
• Validate data accuracy and completeness in real time; maintain Quality Control (QC) logs and run back checks.
• Brief, schedule, and monitor interviewers; execute quotas and protocols; retrain as needed.
• Manage logistics, materials, and respondent flows; balance multi city workloads and travel (for Regions variant).
• Report field issues and competitor insights promptly; escalate risks to the Field & Operations Manager.
• Adhere to consent, privacy, and minors protection protocols; maintain documentation.
Profile / Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years’ research field experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with digital data collection tools (Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing (CAPI), online panels) preferred.
