Job Description
- Has at least 5 years of experience in the same occupational group in the pharmaceutical or detergent industries
- Identify key processes, process critical points, and prepare necessary instructions and checklists
- Continuous monitoring of processes in order to take corrective, preventive and improvement measures
- Supervise in periodic warehousing
- Supervising staff training (conducting needs assessments, analyzing results, etc.)
- Domination to occupational health and occupational psychology
- Supervision of administrative affairs (functions, contracts, etc.) and recruitment
- Implementation of policies and work plans announced by the CEO, data analysis and reporting to the CEO on the performance of business units on an ongoing basis
