Job Description
• Identify the processes of the organization and determine its monitoring and measurement indicators • Suggest improvement strategies to the CEO for the effectiveness of the management system • Division of duties among subordinate employees and supervision of their activities. • Supervising macro-planning of production and raw materials and supervising its implementation • Supervision and cooperation in periodic shipments. • Review the status of achievement of goals and programs related to the unit continuously through the received reports. • Identify risks and opportunities associated with factory processes and try to control them • Collaborate on product quality plan including production instructions, quality control and product maintenance • Capacity measurement of machines, production lines • Investigate the location of machinery and material flow in the production process and cooperate in optimizing it • Pursue corrective or preventive action to eliminate actual or potential non-compliance • Involvement and support of employees in improvement activities. • Review the results of monitoring and measuring plant-related processes and take action to improve. • Communicating with production or factory-related contractors regarding product or service-related requirements. • Identify production problems and provide solutions to improve it. • Cooperation with the quality control manager to reduce production or product waste and improve product quality. • Cooperation with the technical and engineering manager to develop products and offer new products. • Continuous monitoring of the production of quality products according to the announced production plan. • Continuous monitoring of maintenance and repair activities of machinery and equipment. • Monitoring the entry and exit of goods from the warehouse. • Identify the training program required by employees. • Report to the CEO on the performance of product production, waste and product maintenance on an ongoing basis • Analysis of information and results of monitoring and measuring production processes
