Monitoring and tracking daily production reports and tracking inconsistencies
Elimination of non-conformance observed in the process
Estimation of resources (financial, human resources, time, and equipment) required for company development plans, including new product

Requirements
Master degree in Industrial engineering
+10 years related work experience
The ability to lead and organize and motivate the staff
Systems knowledge and familiarity
Ability to adapt to change quickly and multi-task.
