Job Description

-Define, implement and report sales activities -Maintain, build and develop relationships with customers and distributes -Ensure good collaboration between sales department and other departments -Achieve branch objectives -Analyze and control performance of every team member and coaching them in successful way -Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales and areas for improvement -Review and analyze sales performances against programs and planning to determine effectiveness of them -Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods -Manage the sales team -Handle complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts through negotiating with others -Maintain a positive and ethical working relationship with all employees, vendors and customers -Sets an example of professionalism through actions and appearance

Requirements

-Minimum of 10 year's sales experience/requirements -Experience / People with relevant work experience have priority -Have experience in Sales Expert,Sales Supervisor, branch manager -Familiarity and full control of the province and the suburbs of the region -Ability to communicate to various levels of management/customers -Problem Solving & Decision making skills -Good command of MS -Office skills
