Job Description

• Check documentation consistency per the Company Guidelines such as support, content, etc. • Addressing company’s requirement for internal and external events • Check Update information in databases as required per the process. • Check venues and services for facilities and costs, negotiate for the best services and efficient cost. • Plan, manage and execute external events based on the size of event and number of participants and services which are required such as lunch or dinner, refreshments, sound, display, entertainments • Co-ordinate and/or execute site health & safety services checks to ensure their availability for the Company employees and they meet the national regulations. • Report timely to the Company headquarters about service provider performance. • Monitor the operational expenses ( OPEX and CAPEX ) and reports in line with company’s financial targets and define department budget using the previous financial reports and business targets for full year • Handling department’s petty cash , daily expenses and preparing the reports and receipts for reimbursements Interaction with TCI and District’s centers to follow up on Analog and digital links for telephone normal and emergency ( Hot ) lines operation • Check the invoices and required supporting documents attached to them • Follow up on payment procedures • Obtaining police permission for events holding in venues and dealing with authorities • Supervise the catering service’s performance in regards to HSE adaptations and deliveries and quality as well as cost • Conduct timely employee satisfaction surveys • Handling employee’s complaints via corporate service email • Check the invoices accuracy and follow up on payment procedure • Make site inspections to ensure commencement and completion of maintenance work to satisfactory standards. • Handle routine queries and identify solutions for non-routine issues. • Organize recurrent meetings with service providers • Communicate with end users and interact with stakeholders

Requirements

• 5 years related experience in corporate service. • Good communication skills • Basic English. • Intermediate Knowledge MS Pack Office (Word Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio etc.) • Team work • Working under Pressure.
