Job Description
● Follow up on foreign sales procedures under the supervision of the Export Manager including tracking the shipment.
● Prepare and check export or custom documents.
● Maintain a polite constructive interaction with clients.
● Contact officials in various authorities, ministries, or agencies to obtain required permissions, exemptions, letters, or any document which is essential for the export and clearance of the products needed by the buyer.
● Handle all formalities regarding custom clearance and obtaining the export permit.
● Work with EPL.
● Archive electronic and paper records.
● Prepare weekly reports.
● Handle any other duties as required.
