Job Description

  • Preparing and drafting domestic and international contracts of the company.
  • Writing, evaluating, negotiating, and executing various contracts.
  • Following up on the implementation of the contractual obligations of the parties during the validity of the contracts.
  • Preparing required management reports on contracts being concluded, Legal affairs.
  • Collecting, documenting, archiving, and updating the company's official advertisement collection.
  • Assisting the Legal team in various matters.
  • Reviewing the current contracts and generating new contracts in purchase and sales, etc. with all project stakeholders.

Requirements

  • More than seven years of related experience. 
  • Solid understanding of legal and contractual terminology.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from reputable state universities is a plus.
  • Ability to work within deadlines, result-driven, and able to deliver desired results under pressure.
  • Team-oriented and highly motivated with excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good computer skills and knowledge of common programs such as Microsoft Office.
