Participate in company meetings and prepare working reports from the meetings and analyze them.
Follow up on projects.
Write letters and do administrative correspondence.
Maintain all documents and confidential information of the company.
Execute office affairs in a completely professional manner.
Evaluate and manage employees in the absence of the CEO and write reports based on the timetable.
Archive documents related to the performance of people in order to reflect the changing information of the performance to the financial unit and respond to the claims of employees.
Be present in the company during working hours until the result is achieved and the process is improved.
Direct manager: CEO.
Probation period: 3 months.
Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Requirements
At least 10 years of related work experience.
Mastery of MS Office.
Ability to work in hard and stressful working conditions within and outside the organization.
Excellent organizational and time management skills (ability to manage different things at the same time).
Responsible, creative, honest, and confidant.
Teamwork spirit.
Relative mastery of English.
Proficient in the principles of letter writing, and fast typing.
