Job Description
-Set up and developing E-commerce
-Active communicating on various levels of organization
-Forecast and follow up on staffing, workload and performance results to meet business demands
-Planning of projects from the beginning and monitoring to the end point
-Optimize operation in terms of cost and work flow
-Drive, develop, and implement the business plan for area of responsibility to achieve organizational goals and implement operational improvements
-Team management in the process of software development, procurement and distribution scheduling, allocation, and follow-up of tasks
-Break down problems into small steps and keep product development moving fast and agile
-Collaborate with technical team, design, product and help build new features of product
-Bring new ideas to organization in order to provide a new sales channel, new services for customers or optimize process
-Devising creative public relations strategies that fit company profile
-Perform other related duties as assigned
