Job Description

-Set up and developing E-commerce -Active communicating on various levels of organization -Forecast and follow up on staffing, workload and performance results to meet business demands -Planning of projects from the beginning and monitoring to the end point -Optimize operation in terms of cost and work flow -Drive, develop, and implement the business plan for area of responsibility to achieve organizational goals and implement operational improvements -Team management in the process of software development, procurement and distribution scheduling, allocation, and follow-up of tasks -Break down problems into small steps and keep product development moving fast and agile -Collaborate with technical team, design, product and help build new features of product -Bring new ideas to organization in order to provide a new sales channel, new services for customers or optimize process -Devising creative public relations strategies that fit company profile -Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering or any other related field -Direct and hands-on experience in eCommerce or sales and/or channel marketing -Familiar with of E-commerce product flow and web store performance optimization -Ability to analyze and assess organizational needs and provide solutions accordingly. -Strong project planning, tracking & organizing skills -Direct management experience in an e-commerce, retail, distribution, or logistics -Accuracy in budget controlling and reporting -Familiar with laws and Contract Management -Proficient in MS office specially excel -Team Work and leadership skill -Strategy Understanding -Persistence and Persuasion -Strong Communication Skills -Understanding of other function in the Company -Perform under Pressure
