Job Description

We are seeking Dynamic Individuals who are willing to take an extra step, looking for career developments & opportunities. This Position will provide coordination of the processes and following up the tasks that support whole business leaded by Chairman of the Board. We ensure the most suitable working environment using best occupational and office practices to improve your efficiency. Being eligible to start the job, you’ll be responsible for: - Managing calls and meetings. - Arranging, managing and organizing Chairman of the Board daily, weekly and monthly schedule. - Organizing & Coordinating internal and external meetings & Follow up all the tasks assigned by the Office of Management. - Answering/Dispatching phone calls, messages, receiving/sending fax and emails, typing letters and archiving all written correspondence. - Monitoring daily sales reports and report to Chairman of the Board. - Managing the relationship with top managers and other stakeholders. - Doing Activities involving contracting and managing entrance and reception services in the Office of Management. Extra information: The company is located in Fath highway, Tehran.

Requirements

- Full proficiency in English (Translation of correspondence from Persian to English and English to Farsi) - Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in a reputable University with relevant experience in Office Management, Administration & General Services - At least 5 years experience (Preferred : FMCG experience) - Advanced in computer skills (Microsoft Windows and Office) - Ideal Age: 25-35 - Gender: Men - Good Communication Skills & Customer Focus - Ability to work within deadlines and under pressure
