Job Description

We are looking for a talented and proactive ERP System Analyst to help Modiseh Team with defining users’ needs and developing data processing solutions. You will be expected to: • Create documents and procedures guidelines for ERP system users • Perform as a member of application support team for ERP users throughout the organization • Assist with testing new releases of ERP systems prior to use in a production environment • Analyze and troubleshoot ERP system issues reported by end users • Design, develop and maintain reports used by technical staff and ERP Team • Coordinate and collaborate with developers to ensure proper UAT/functional test plan is completed

Requirements

• Minimum of an undergraduate degree (Bachelor’s) in related fields (Software Eng., Industrial Eng., or any other relevant major) • 3 years of work experience in similar positions • Proven experience in ERP Systems, preferably Dynamics AX Soft Skills: • Ability to deliver tasks with high level of accuracy in an agile environment • Flexible, adaptive, versatile, motivated and proactive • Strong documentation/reporting and communication skills • Ability to communicate with other teams across a variety of functions • Adept at problem solving and managing multiple projects efficiently • Aptitude for business in E-Commerce market • Good command of English
