Job Description

Preparing the following reports: ● Visit and inspection reports. ● Monthly and quarterly environmental monitoring reports. ● Environmental events report. ● Emergency reports. ● Relevant MOMs. Meetings to attend: ● Site HSE weekly meeting. ● Contractor’s coordination meeting. ● Technical meeting as required. ● Meeting with relevant stakeholders. ● Meeting with an environmental organization. ● Work under the supervision of the HSE coordinator of the plan and the necessary instructions. ● Conduct regular inspections of operations and site and activities of contractors and prepare relevant environmental reports. ● Preparation and application of environmental checklists. ● Communicate with reputable environmental laboratories in the city and province where the environmental testing is carried out during approved periods of time by the environmental agency and receive reports and submissions to the employer. ● Manage and monitor EIA-compliant environmental performance and prepare relevant reports and submissions to the county and county general environmental department implementation of the plan. ● Communicate effectively with the provincial and county general administration of the environment and the employer's environmental representative and attend relevant meetings. ● Attending environmental visits organized by the client or the general directorate of the environment of the city and province where the project is being implemented. ● Preparation of assessment reports on compliance with environmental laws and requirements. ● Investigate and handle environmental complaints during project implementation. ● Reports of contamination and environmental damage, their analysis and preparation of analytical reports, and determination of corrective actions. ● Providing solutions to improve the environmental performance of the company and its contractors. ● Monitoring of waste management, sewage and wastewater disposal, soil and air pollutants in various activities. ● Providing optimal solutions for green land development. ● Providing environmental training to staff and contractors and developing an environmental culture.
