Job Description
• Assist in administering various policies and procedures; • Assists in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures • Acts as liaison for HR-Employee Relation and other departments • Translating various texts/policies, daily HR tasks • Promotes communication between managers and employees. • Assist in conducting employee relations surveys • Interviews workers and discusses about work-related problems that adversely affect morale, health, and productivity
Requirements
• BA in Management, English Translation, Psychology • Excellent English knowledge (translation/speaking) • Excellent MS Office skills (Excel & PowerPoint) • Excellent communication skills with strong customer service orientation. • Excellent organizational skills • To be familiar with HR concepts • Good at making reports
