About the department

You will join the Production Department at Novo Nordisk’s LMT Site in Kordan, Iran. Located in Barkat Pharmaceutical Industrial City, Alborz Province, this state-of-the-art facility began operations in 2020 and employs 160 dedicated professionals.

Our team is responsible for optimizing resource use, minimizing costs, and maintaining the highest quality standards. We work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, transforming raw materials into finished products. Collaboration, continuous improvement, and achieving output and quality objectives are at the heart of everything we do.

 

The position

 

• Perform corrective maintenance during production and execute planned preventive maintenance.
• Manage Work Orders (WO), troubleshoot issues, and support the calibration team.
• Maintain logbooks, perform challenge tests at start-up, and analyze stop causes to implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the quality department to review documentation and address curative maintenance and quality impacts.
• Monitor and adjust assembly equipment to maximize quality and efficiency, while participating in process improvement projects to enhance quality, cost, and scheduling.

 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Maintenance Technician (Electrical or Mechanical).
• At least 3 years of industrial experience in maintaining production equipment within a GMP environment (pharmaceutical, food, or cosmetics).
• Self-starter and self-reliant team player with a strong focus on results.
• Open-minded and adaptable to thrive in a global and dynamic organization.
• Experience with the Novo Nordisk Way (NNW) and a commitment to quality improvement.
