Job Description

•Developing financial models to perform various analyses in power generation industry comparing viable alternatives; preparing both quantitative and qualitative reports and presenting the reports when required. •Preparing various studies such as identifying and determining optimal decisions for investments, identifying the profitability and competitiveness of existing and new projects, identifying the financial impact of power industry changes and conducting analysis of business initiatives that support the goals and objectives of the company.

Requirements

•BS/MS degree from a reputable university, preferably in economics or finance •At least 1 - 3 years of experience as an analyst where the application of economic and financial techniques and models are used to perform analysis in support of business decisions, preferably in the power industry •Exceptional proficiency in Excel is required and experience in other computer programs such as Word, Access and statistical software is preferred •Good knowledge of COMFAR III •The work location is mainly in Tehran’s office. Traveling within Iran or overseas may be required
