Requirements
● Master's degree or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or other relevant engineering fields.
● More than three years of experience designing, modeling, and testing Electric Motors.
● Experience in Analytical and Numerical Modelling of Electric Motors (e.g., FEM).
● Familiarity with Hardware Thermal Modelling Methods.
● Familiarity with Electric Motor Reliability and Performance Tests (e.g., NVH, Durability test).
● Familiarity with Electric Motor Testing Standards (e.g., IEC 60034, IEEE Std 115).
● Familiarity with Position Sensors (e.g., Resolver).
● Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and leadership skills.
