
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced E-commerce & Marketplace Lead to own and grow our online sales channels, manage marketplace partnerships, and drive digital commerce performance in line with our business goals and pharmaceutical regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute e-commerce and marketplace growth strategies
Manage and grow relationships with online pharmacies and marketplace platforms
Drive online sales, brand visibility, and customer acquisition
Plan and execute digital campaigns and online promotions
Monitor and optimize key KPIs (sales growth, conversion rate, ROAS, customer retention, etc.)
Coordinate closely with marketing, supply chain, regulatory, and sales teams to ensure smooth, compliant operations
Optimize product listings, digital merchandising, and overall customer experience
Analyze performance data and prepare regular business reports for management
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Pharmacy, or related fields
5+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or digital commerce
Experience in pharma, healthcare, FMCG, or consumer goods is a strong plus
Solid knowledge of digital sales, marketplaces, analytics, and performance marketing
Strong analytical skills with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
