Job Description

● Develop the annual plan for the creation and development of business in the field of E-Commerce and digital marketing. ● Provide operational tactics to develop awareness of the brand in cyberspace. ● Collect and update information related to all digital sales channels. ● Collect, classify and summarize the information of all active virtual networks that direct advertising. ● Provide networking solutions in cyberspace. ● Identify the activities of the competitors in the digital space and present an analytical report. ● Creation, maintenance and dynamic development of the company’s virtual communication channels, such as the website, social media, etc. ● Analysis of consumer buying behavior in cyberspace and providing insight to the organization. ● Provide solutions for increasing reference to all virtual channels of the company. ● Preparation and production of text, audio and video content in the digital domain. ● Preparation and formulation of seasonal, monthly and occasional advertising campaigns, in the digital channels based on the organization's brand development strategies. ● Supervise and monitor the activities and services of digital marketing which is outsourced. ● Create proper team structure in the relevant section to share the correct flow of information and group learning. ● Provide a solution to create business intelligence. ● Provide solutions related to protecting intellectual property rights in cyberspace. ● Reporting to: Brand Manager. ● Length of probation period: 3 Months. ● Working hours: Saturday - Wednesday : 9 - 17 - Thursday : 9- 13 . ● Travel requirements: On Occasions.

Requirements

University qualifications: At least a bachelor from reputable universities in the trends: Business management with E-commerce Orientation, IT management, Software Engineering. It is considered a privilege to have an MBA. Nature and length of previous experience: ● At least 5 years of activity in the field of E-commerce and digital marketing. ● To dominate over the concepts of digital marketing. Software skills: ● WordPress, Java programming and other common web-languages. ● Dominate over analytical tools: Google Analytic, Looker, Amplitude, and Web analytics, google Ad- words, etc. Soft skills and personality traits: ● Creative thinking. ● Solution - driven. ● Team working spirit. ● Self-motivated. ● Challenger. ● Eager to learn and share the knowledge. ● Tolerate working under pressure.
