Job Description
A DPO (Damage Purchase Order) specialist is a position in the DPO/Return Management Team responsible for running the “seller’s request for damage” process. This role's main focus is on solving the cases from seller claims and basic financial interactions between DPO, seller growth, finance, and PSC teams. Quality implementation of this process will increase seller satisfaction. This role tries to investigate issues that have been raised by sellers regarding the operational process, follow up with the stakeholders of the process, and resolve them. This process includes responding to tickets, communicating with sellers via phone calls, or communicating with other internal stakeholders The concept of this job is to face challenges that require concentration, problem-solving skills, and discipline to solve, and value is obtained due to effort.
