Job Description
The DSM is responsible for finding active and trusted sales agents in all districts of the country in order to achieve sales targets.
Roles:
- Travel to potential districts, and maintain excellent relationships with sales agents in order to help them to generate more sales in their province.
- Plan yearly and monthly sales and marketing plans, individually for each province.
- Implement marketing plans such as exhibitions congresses or any other marketing events.
- Hand sales agents in order to achieve sales targets of the province.
- Check provinces' warehouse stocks.
- Distribute products from head office to provinces.
