Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Digital Performance Marketer to drive digital marketing campaigns and improve overall digital performance across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing best practices, a proven track record of optimizing digital campaigns, and experience with website analytics tools. The Digital Performance Marketer will report to the Director of Digital Marketing and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Job Description: ● Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and improve website traffic, engagement, and conversions. ● Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for paid search, SEO, and content optimization. ● Develop and manage digital advertising campaigns, including search, display, and social media ads. ● Optimize website content and structure to improve website rankings and user experience. ● Analyze website and campaign performance metrics to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, marketing, and web development, to ensure alignment and integration of digital marketing strategies.

Requirements

● Ideal age range: 27 to 35 years old. ● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master's degree is preferred. ● More than five years of experience in digital marketing roles, with experience in consumer packaged goods or health and care products industries preferred. ● Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, including SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing. ● Proven track record of improving digital performance through digital marketing campaigns and optimization. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. ● Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. ● Experience with website analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or equivalent. ● Experience with A/B testing and website optimization tools, including Optimizely, VWO, or equivalent. ● Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools, including Salesforce, Marketo, or equivalent, is a plus.
