Job Description
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns, the execution of inbound and outbound marketing campaigns
- Develop monthly and quarterly marketing plan
- Bring greater brand awareness, increase lead generation, and increase customer engagement.
- Design, build and maintain a social media presence
- Monitor the performance of clients’ digital marketing campaigns and coordinate the team’s workflow to ensure service excellence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Directly work with the tech and design team members to implement landing pages, publish contents and marketing automation tools
- Manage company website (including all images, tools, and content)
- Oversee management of all digital channels (including updates, design, and user experience)
- Manage day-to-day messaging/posts.
- Conduct and report analysis of the site and social traffic.
- Establish and monitor ROI and KPIs.
