Job Description
-Manage company social media channels, including Instagram, website, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms
-Manage and schedule the social media calendar by creating dynamic written, graphic, and video content
-Create, edit and share daily content to engage customers, promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company sites, and encourages audience participation and taking actions
-Use timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analyzing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary to optimize visit
-Manage social media communications. Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews in all of company ad channels
-Work as part of a team to develop large social media campaigns
-Analyze and reports audience information and demographics, and success of running social media projects
-Propose new ideas and concepts for social media content
-Manage marketing and social media team members to coordinate ad campaigns with social media strategy
-Writes and distributes e-newsletters to subscribers
-Improve digital brand awareness; monitoring brand and digital credit among competitors
-Define and measure the effectiveness campaigns and social media KPIs
-Optimize website and campaigns for SEO and Google Ads
-Provide managers with required reports in a timely manner
