-Planning of operations to achieve targets and goals. -Oversee & manage the day-to-day operations of business -Select, train, supervise and evaluate of staff to enhance individual productivity and enable them to function according to job description. -Assist general Manager in implementing business development strategies
Requirements
- University degree in related fields - Proven min 15 years of related management experience in commercial business. (Preferably construction machinery) - Ability to develop daily action plans & meet targets and goals - Excellent organizational & leadership skills - Hard working and Focused Strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance - Good communication skills in written and oral English. (Turkish language would be an advantage) - Familiar with MS Office & internet
