Job Description

POSITION:

Sure Level Iran | Deputy General Manager

DESCRIPTION:

Sure Level Iran is looking for a Deputy General Manager to join the team.

The position will require management of a broad range of operations and areas including, but not limited to:

Assist with the general management of all departments with a particular emphasis on sales and marketing management and business development.
Develop and implement sales and marketing plans and strategies for the products for domestic and export markets.
Manage receivables in collaboration with the finance department – working to safeguard the company’s long-term interests.
Manage the process through which the company will achieve annual budgets and targets.
Ensure legal compliance of the company with all relevant laws and regulations.
Ensure that proper internal control procedures are in place and are followed.
Assist the General Manager in other duties as required.

This position will report to the General Manager and will be based in Tehran, Iran.

Requirements

University degree preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Engineering, Architecture, Chemistry, or other relevant degree or equivalent through experience.
Extensive experience in coatings, paints, EIFS, construction chemicals, or dry mixes is required.
A proven track record in sales/sales administration/marketing management with at least 10 years of experience in a relevant industry.
Dynamic, well-organized, hands-on personality with proven ability to take initiative, work autonomously, and solve problems.
Strong leadership skills with an established ability to manage teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and training skills.
Strong sector and market awareness with good analytical capability.
Previous cost center and P&L responsibility.
Fluent in Farsi and English, written and spoken.
Familiarity with CRMs.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
Driving license.
