Job Description
Forecast demand based on route-to-market sales data, daily dispatch unloading reports, route coverage, and product seasonality
• Analyze inventory levels and stock movements in the central warehouse and all regional branches
• Manage safety stock levels for both high-rotation and low-rotation SKUs
• Prevent stockouts across branches and manage near-expiry products
• Manage supply lead times and control risks related to delays in inbound shipments
• Coordinate directly with production to allocate capacity and prioritize SKUs
• Manage the full procurement cycle from factory ordering to branch delivery
• Monitor service level performance across the sales and distribution network
• Control promotional orders, discounts, and sales waves
• Allocate products to branches based on warehouse capacity, sales demand, and company policies
• Control slow-moving, overstocked, and stagnant inventory and identify supply bottlenecks
• Participate in the design of S&OP processes and monthly alignment meetings with Sales and Distribution Operations
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, or inventory management within nationwide distribution companies or FMCG
• Strong skills in data analysis, forecasting models, inventory calculations, and supply cycle management
• Relevant education: Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Supply Chain Management, MBA
