If you are passionate and love challenges while growing your career, there has never been a better time to join us. -The Delivery Program Manager will be responsible for complete project and account management activities: Initiation>Planning>Execution>Monitoring and Control. This will include the below: -Project and program governance -Project reviews -Compliance -Managing project delivery plans -Single point of contact for customer for deployment project planning and follow up -Develop full-scale program/project plans and associated communications documents -Accountable to executive sponsors for schedule, budget, and quality of all program elements -Leads high-level sessions for program plan and schedule development -Reviews/approves project plans for conformance to program strategy and program plan and schedule -Will own the complete account and responsible to driving the revenue numbers and making customer satisfaction utmost priority for project deliveries -Acts as the communications conduit to executive sponsors and program steering committee and conducts periodic briefings/status updates -Escalates decisions to executive sponsors as necessary -Should manage stakeholder relationships -Should be open to travelling on short and long term basis for project governance and deliveries and manage end to end project management -Risk repository -Issue and action tracker for the complete project or program -Resource planning -Working with customer and internal stakeholders like infrastructure and implementation teams for installation, configuration, migration and performance monitoring
Requirements
-Functional skills: -PMP certified professional -Experience in working as individual contributor or managing a team of (> 1 or more) and also handling regions with multiple accounts or projects -Risk planning and management skill -Good customer handling capabilities and good communication and project management skill -Good in understanding business numbers and creating dashboards to analyze and predict trends -Understands telecom and VAS domain, has awareness of the industry -Behavioral skills: -Team player and work with multiple members from different internal or external teams and vendors. -Should able to work under pressure -Willing to travel frequently (Should have valid passport) -Customer focused and delivery oriented and own complete responsibility -Comfortable in interacting with external vendors and internal customers -Expected to work with multiple culture teams and customer
