
Job Description
• Register foreign raw material orders and manage all related registration and follow-up processes through to completion
• Serve as the primary Operator of the NTSW Comprehensive Trade System, handling daily operations within the platform
• Extract, prepare, and submit daily reports from the NTSW Comprehensive Trade System to the relevant manager
• Monitor and follow up on required permits from governmental and regulatory organizations, maintaining up-to-date information on their status and progress
• Prepare and deliver all necessary analytical and statistical reports to the manager on a timely basis
• Systematically document and record the department’s processes and ensure their continuous updating
Requirements:
• At least a Bachelor's degree in Customs Management, Foreign Commerce, or Industrial Management.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience of Working with EPL
• Knowledge of NTSW (order registration, and declaration).
• Familiarity with the banking process.
• Motivated and having team working spirit.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (EXCEL).
