Job Description

-Communication with customers & agents by Email or phone call -Solving client problems -Managing and interpreting customer requirements to ensure quality of service -Working Hours: Saturday - Wednesday: 8:30 a.m. to 17:00 p.m. / Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 14:00 p.m.

Requirements

-Energetic and committed -Acceptable spoken and written English -Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines -Good communication with clients -Being creative flexible, ability to communicate with the people in / out the company easily and perfectly -Self-motivated and well organized -Able to time management, meet deadlines and handling multiple tasks simultaneously -Hard working personality -Capable of learning shipping terms and condition
