Job Description

- Develop and implement a customer support policy - Develop programs to attract, retain and expand customer relationships - Providing solutions on attaining and keeping customers - Implement an effective customer loyalty program - Collect, validate, and analyze data on performance metrics and customer support - Collecting data organizing information for marketing campaigns - Help to increase the effectiveness of customer satisfaction - Continuous monitoring and recommending corrective actions to improve customer related processes

Requirements

- At least bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering ,MBA & Business or Marketing Management and related field - At least 7 years of experience in relative field - Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices - Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and interpersonal skills - Decision-making skills - Previous experience working with customer service software and CRM tools
