Job Description

Descriptions:

1. Communicate with users in the customer service room of the voice chat App, help users solve problems (e.g., app settings, event participation).

2. Keep chat rooms friendly and follow rules.

3. Share user feedback with the team (e.g., common problems, suggestions).

4. Learn app functions and update knowledge for better answers.

5. Complete other tasks assigned by the team leader.

 

Requirements :

1. Speak Persian natively, fluent English (read/write/speak), capable of interviewing in English.

2. Good communication skills, friendly voice.

3. Quick thinker, solve user problems fast.

4. Work well under pressure, flexible schedule (evenings/weekends).

5. Basic phone/laptop with good internet.
