Job Description

The Customer Service Representative attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; Suggesting information about other products and services. Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Proficiency in English both in written and speaking is mandatory Proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory. Able to work with steers and Pressure Highly creative in identifying target costumers and devising CRM campaigns that engage, inform, motivate and convert Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts.
