Job Description

The customer service executive is responsible for handling general service on the phone, face-to-face customers, and emails. The aim is to ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. The tasks include the following: ● Provide customer service on the phone and to direct customers. ● Assist travel agents with all product inquiries. ● Carry out further service tasks as necessary. ● Participate in other duties as assigned.

Requirements

● Fluent in English; knowing German is desirable. ● Service-oriented approach. ● Pleasant personality. ● Good ability to manage complexity. ● Strong independent and proactive approach. ● Excellent attention to quality and detail. ● Good decisiveness and assertiveness. ● Excellent problem-solving and solution-oriented skills. ● Fluent in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
