Job Description

● Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback. ● Create personas through user research and data. ● Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success. ● Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs. ● Find creative ways to solve CX problems (e.g. usability, and findability). ● Work with UI designers to implement attractive designs. ● Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers. ● Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends.

Requirements

● Understand product specifications and user psychology. ● Expert in User experience and User-centered design such as Information architecture, wireframe, and user research methods. ● Expert in data analysis obtained from user behavior. ● Expert in the principles of experience design in a practical and fundamental. ● Expert in experience/product design concepts such as Architectural Information, Design Systems, User Testing Methods (Usability, A/B), Prototyping Software, Data Evaluation Tools, and Customer Information.
