Job Description

We are looking for a professional data analyst for the customer experience team. As a CX data analyst, You will be tracking all points of customer engagement, analyzing customer feedback, measuring customer satisfaction, and discovering root causes for problems through large sets of data. You will identify ways to enhance customer experience and interpret the results to stakeholders. This role is highly impactful as your analysis is an important input to different functions like the product, customer care, marketing, and improving processes and products. Responsibilities: ● Extract, audit, and cleanse data required for root cause analysis and generating customer and business insight. ● Provide practical solutions based on insight and business sense. ● Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation based on findings to present to stakeholders. ● Develop dashboards.

Requirements

● At least 2 years of data analyzing and related experience. ● Excellent knowledge of SQL and Excel. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Business logic and sense. ● Presentation and written communication skills especially in data visualization and storytelling. ● Familiarity with Stata, Python, and Tableau is a plus.
