Job Description

Karmania Automotive Co. Is seeking an experienced CRM Specialist. This position is directly responsible for meeting the needs of our many clients. This position involves the creation and execution of processes of CRM uses in our products. The CRM Specialist would be responsible for analyzing CRM inbound offer Logics for continuous Improvement and help drive direct marketing strategies to inspire current and potential target customers expand their use of our products. The CRM Specialist will also advise leadership on performance, the most effective efforts and opportunities for ROI based on CRM data insights and facts. This position reports to the CRM Manager.

Requirements

• Prior CRM experience is required (at least 3 years) • Call Center experience in a car dealership is a plus • Experience using Microsoft and Google applications • Knowledge of administrative procedures • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills • Must be a team player
