Job Description

For our growing organization, we need sales engineers who would: • Understand the concept of applied technical sales process • Develop relationships with our present clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements and maximize their potential by supporting sales managers and paying regular visits to their sites and search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services • Promote and persuade clients regarding products and services that Turas represents and distribute along with our related aftermarket support and services. • Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with Procurement and Order management department. • Provide pre-sales/pre-purchase assistance to the procurement team through negotiation of commercial issues and quotation strategies which might involve purchasing process. • Recognize , meet or exceed sales KPI in order to meet regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects • Keep and scrutinize customer’s records to prepare accurate reports for head office • Develop a keen understanding of the manufacturers , brands , product lines to provide sufficient technical back up to enhance selling efforts • Comply with Corporate goals, objectives and policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering from reputable universities ( preferably from University of Tehran , Sharif University of Technology , Shahid Beheshti University, Isfahan University of Technology, Amirkabir University of Technology and well known Azad universities) • Preferably min. 3 years of experience in sales of industrial equipment and project supply related to oil and gas industry with proven track record. • Ability to established strong and productive relations with organization’s key customers in Oil and Gas and Petrochemical sector • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Persian and English • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills • Self driven and willingness to learn • No limitation to travel to attend customer meetings, presenting company and products on a regular basis. • Fluency in both written and spoken English, second language, Turkish is an asset • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel ,Word, Power Point) and experience in ERP and CRM programs is a plus (SAP , SAGE and etc.) • For the male candidates, military service has to be completed or military exemption must be provided. • All candidates should be under age of 35
