Job Description

Objective: Country Director A world leader in diagnostic and medical device (2B Euros turnover) is looking for country director. The Country Manager will supervise a team of 6 to 7 members, all dedicated to support commercially and scientifically the distribution network and the sales department. - Reporting to: Regional Office in Dubai - Other interactions: Interactions also with headquarter in Europe and with the rest of the zone (Turkey, CIS countries...) - Number required: 1 - Duration: permanent position - Desired start date: Feb/March 2018 - Travel requirements: travel to Europe, UAE, Turkey, Gulf, CIS area

Requirements

- Scientific higher education and international business education - Applicant should have a situation and a passport allowing travel in Europe and the Middle East/Central Asia area (Middle East, Turkey, Emirates, and Russia) - Fluent knowledge in Farsi, and excellent proficiency in professional English - Perfect knowledge of in-Vitro Diagnostics or related Medical Devices - Imperative international experience, in a matrix environment, with a direct competitor or international player in a similar sector - Capacity of influence and natural authority to take the lead on the distributor - The candidate must have at the same time good scientific background and a business experience.
