Job Description

- Preparing and regulating of the provisions of all agreement - Preparing, adjust and extract price analysis in each package - Data analysis and valuation of each package for services that can be provided - Preparing and regulating the agreements for each department - Check the documents required to prepare the agreements - Prepare and adjust packages and checklists of required services - Reviewing and signing an agreement of the Center for Medicine and Health - Prevention with applicant companies and organizations - Registration of all tariffs in the system and control and monitoring of changes in accordance with the latest laws of the Ministry of Health - Arranging and concluding all internal agreements, contract with doctors - Reviewing the implementation of the provisions of the agreements in the center units - Supervising the implementation of the provisions of the agreements and reviewing the volume of agreements - Monitoring, following up and reviewing receipts of outpatient invoices and services provided in the center with agreement companies - Examination all of the documents existed by the financial affairs, including: the function of Para clinics, the function of contractors, cost documents, etc. - Presentation to the document issuance unit for registration in the financial system - Reviewing and announcing expert opinions about the agreements submitted by the contractors and compliance of the proposed agreements of the units with the legal and financial standards of the company - Preparing and regulating a database of agreements and extracting and presenting statistics on concluded agreements. - Advising clients on the possibility of using services and following up on agreements and deductions - Reviewing of all the matters related to existing medical agreements - Providing necessary guidance to outsourced unit managers or contractors - Receive the status reports and the factors and checklists that sent by contractors - Participate in related meetings, sessions and conferences according to the opinion of the superior

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in finance, insurance management or health services management - At least 5 years of experience in the desired profession, preferably in the health sector - Excellent knowledge in English - Excellent knowledge in computer and using the mechanized system of hospital information - Ability to work as a team - Good social skills and effective communication ability - Ability to work under pressure - Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines - Maximum Age: 40 - Have experienced of “Contracts Affairs” in hospital
