Job Description

Main responsibilities: · Manage the overall implementation of contract(s) with customers and subcontractors · Participate in negotiations for contract amendment · Identify and prioritize contract obligations to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment · Follow up to ensure fulfillment of contract obligations by both parties · Support project and business implementation, document all contractual decisions · Monitor decisions to ensure their timely and accurate delivery · Manage and report contract risks and resultant costs · Manage proper storage of contracts and other documents

Requirements

Minimum requirements: · Contract and commercial expertise and experience · Good contract/ document drafting skills · Proficiency in English
