Job Description
We’re looking for a passionate and crypto-native Community Manager to help us grow and engage our community across LinkedIn, Discord, X (Twitter), and Reddit.
You’ll be the voice of our brand in the Web3 space — helping us build trust, expand reach, and foster meaningful engagement.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow online communities across LinkedIn, Discord, X, and Reddit
• Develop engagement campaigns, AMA sessions, and interactive discussions
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams for launch and awareness campaigns
• Track community insights, sentiment, and feedback for continuous improvement
• Identify KOLs, influencers, and partnership opportunities in the Web3 ecosystem
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience managing crypto or Web3 communities
• Deep understanding of blockchain, DeFi, and tokenization trends
• Strong communication and English writing skills
• Ability to handle community moderation, feedback, and engagement strategies
• Active participation in crypto communities is a strong plus
