Job Description

• Establish, maintain and increase the quality of procurement Planning • Material sourcing management • Create Plans for Business Growth • RM Market financial and commercial analyzing • Being up-to-date in RM market to discover new opportunities • performing and coordinating commercial affairs such as corresponding and monitoring orders' process with domestic and foreign suppliers, negotiating, contract modification, ordering, preparing related documents for payment, supervising the shipment and delivery schedules of components to the factory, • Commercial registration procedures, custom affairs, transportation follow-ups • Personal follow-ups with the banks, Iran Customs, Ministry of Industries, and other governmental organizations • Monitor and follow applicable laws and regulations • Establish effective relationships with suppliers

Requirements

• Male • Self-Motivated personality • Strong Business Negotiation skills • Responsible for getting all the needed government and non-government approvals and licenses in import process • A Bachelor or Master's degree in Business administration, Commerce, Chemistry or related fields • +4 years of experience in the procurement process of manufacturing companies preferably in the field of Paint, Coating, Chemicals. • Comprehensive knowledge of domestic and foreign procurement and commercial procedures, regulations, methods of payment and banking issues, transportation, etc. • Effective in communication, presentation and negotiation skills • Highly skilled in working with MS Office software and the internet • Ability to handle high levels of stress • Fluent in English Language
