Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated commercial manager to join our team at SPD. As a small-sized company operating in international transportation sector, we are looking for an individual who can effectively manage our commercial operations and contribute to our growth and success. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and make a significant impact on our business.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the Iranian market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay ahead of the competition.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Analyze sales data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated with industry regulations and compliance requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of the Iranian market and commercial practices.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in English and Farsi (both written and spoken).
Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management is a plus.
Team building, leadership, and effective communication skills.
