Job Description

Objective of the role: We are looking for a young and motivated commercial expert for a newly founded trading company. List of responsibilities: • Research and evaluate local & foreign suppliers based on price, quality, reliability, production and delivery capabilities • Prepare and modify price lists, margin sheets, quotations, RFQs, request for bids, drafted sales contracts • Update costs of purchase, transportation, inspection, etc. • Monitor and follow applicable laws and regulations for Import/Export • Plan and coordinate all activities of customs clearance • Generate and update database for valuable data like vendor lists, price lists. negotiation history with supplier & customers Length of Probation Period: 1 Month.

Requirements

-Education: BA or MA in Business, Economics, Engineering or Science (Chemical & Food industry knowledge is an impressive advantage) - At least 2 years of related experiences - Expert in commercial /financial concerns and processes - Dominant on Import / Export regulations, - English proficiency and computer literacy with good working knowledge of MS Office - Expert in domestic and overseas sourcing - Have fresh mind and motivation to grow sales leads Attitude: - Hard worker - Self motivated - Collaborative - Eager to learn - Tolerance of ambiguity
