Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Commercial Expert to coordinate procurement and supplier communications for our medical equipment division. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and values precision, teamwork, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on the purchase of medical equipment
• Communicate with domestic and international suppliers
• Prepare and review commercial documents (proforma invoices, invoices, shipping documents, certificates, etc.)
• Coordinate with finance, warehouse, and sales departments
• Record and track data in relevant software systems
• Review pricing, payment terms, and shipping conditions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields
• Familiarity with import processes
• Proficiency in English for commercial correspondence
• Skilled in Office tools.
• High attention to detail, follow-up ability, and teamwork spirit.
